SANDBOX NETWORK

I used to be the VP of Community Engagement at the Sandbox Network. Between 2014 and 2015, I also sat on the Interim Board of the Thousand Network, a hybrid community that evolved from our separation with our lead investor -- it's a long story and a great business case study, to say the least. Ask me about it sometime!

Sandbox is a community of young people who live on the edge. Some of us advocate for a human right to the internet, research and publish on the economics of black market innovation, are nomadic guerrilla film-makers, and build robots. Others build sustainability movements in Iceland, sing operas, or develop DIY computer kits. And we like to spend time with each other. Scattered across 40 cities on 5 continents, we are bound by our curiosity and creativity. We believe that, collectively, we can do more with our time on (and off) this planet.
